Viv Cuthill

Viv Cuthill is a highly effective, professional trainer with many years experience in both higher education and commercial training for the Leisure and Tourism Industry.

She has extensive experience of developing and managing vocational and academic tourism, leisure, business and hospitality courses both in the UK and overseas, from one-day training packages to degree programmes.

Recently she has been instrumental in setting up and running training courses for tourist guides, tourist information staff and front-line staff in the hotel and catering sector. She has also worked in public and private sector tourism organisations.

Viv is currently researching the relationship between place cultures and service cultures, which will be published in the near future.
