Katy Moussaada Katy Moussaada is a dedicated, committed and experienced trainer, who is commercially aware and knowledgeable about the issues currently facing the Leisure and Tourism Industry. She has developed, implemented and delivered training for a diversity of Leisure and Tourism organisations, varied staffing roles and to differing levels of ability. Katy has many years' commercial experience within leisure and tourism. She has worked overseas and for the domestic market, working within private and public sector organisations and within many differing areas of leisure and tourism. Katy continues to update her skills and knowledge by constantly taking herself 'back to the floor' in order to assess current issues, areas of concern and conditions within the industry Katy is a Member of: - Tourism Society, and Institute of Travel & Tourism back      Katy has been particularly involved with:: North West Tourism Board, Imperial War Museum North, British Waterways, The Lowry, Arndale Centre Manchester, The Travellers Choice, Direct Holidays, Elegant Resorts, Kosmar Holidays, Beatles Story, National Museums Liverpool, Blackpool Council, Storrs Hall Hotel, Glenridding Hotel and many independent small and medium sized businesses.
